Trever was referred to us by family when our washing machine started malfunctioning by not spinning at all, leaving our clothes sopping wet at the end of each cycle. I contacted Trever at 7:30a and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Trever made accommodations to fit me into his schedule the same day at 12p, assessed our issue within 15 mins, immediately diagnosed the problem, and went to go get the parts. He returned within 30 mins and fixed our washing machine without a hassle. The fact that Trever was in and out within an hour (including having to go buy the parts 20-30 minutes away from our home) is beyond impressive.
